Your company’s AI strategy is not just about your tech stack, your data, or whether you’ve tried ChatGPT.
True AI-readiness is about understanding how prepared your people are: what tools they’re already using (often without telling IT), who your hidden innovators are, and where the gaps and risks really lie.
That’s why I’ve created this AI-usage survey: a simple but powerful way to uncover:
How AI is already being used within your organisation (yes, it’s already there)
Who your early adopters and AI champions are
Where the greatest opportunities lie for productivity, innovation and value creation
What risks may be quietly building - ethics, security, shadow tech
And most importantly: whether your team feels confident navigating the change
Many organisations are flying blind. They either assume they’re behind (so they panic and buy tools without a strategy), or assume they’re ahead (because someone ran a chatbot workshop once). Both are dangerous.
This survey is not about performance scoring. It’s about creating a shared understanding of where you are - and where you could be - so that you can build out your AI adoption strategy, focusing on the things that matter most.
If you're leading innovation, digital transformation, operations or talent this will help you get clarity fast.

Subject: Quick (anonymous) AI survey – help us shape our strategy
Hey team 👋
We’re exploring how AI could help us work smarter, faster, and maybe even have a bit more fun. But before we make any big decisions, we want to know where you’re at with it.
This quick anonymous survey (less than 10 mins!) will help us understand how you’re using AI (or not), where you might need support, and what ideas you already have. There are no wrong answers, and it’s completely confidential.

Thanks so much - we’ll share what we learn, and we’re hoping to build a few learning and testing sessions around what you tell us.
Cheers,
